To develop the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Center to Prevent Childhood Obesity as the nation's leading resource for best policies and practices to reverse the epidemic by supporting the center's efforts to: synthesize the evidence; provide expertise and resources to organizations, policy-makers, and communities working to prevent childhood obesity; and provide leadership and coordination to fuel a national movement to reverse the epidemic by 2015.
