To support core activities of the Consumer-Purchaser Disclosure Project (CPDP) for two years, which will enable CPDP's ongoing efforts on behalf of health care consumers and purchasers to create sustainable, high-value health care by (1) playing a catalyst's role on key issues that might change payer, purchaser, or consumer behavior; (2) promoting purchasing and payment innovations and delivery models that move away from fee-for-service payment and toward payment that rewards value; and (3) focusing on a wider use of cost-related measures.
