This grant supports Pioneer's enabling process, one of four buckets that are part of the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation portfolio's strategic framework. The Innovation Learning Network (ILN) brings together some of the most innovative health care organizations in the country to share the joys and pains of innovation. Its mission is to foster discussion of the methods and application of innovation and diffusion, ignite the transfer of ideas, and provide opportunities for interorganizational collaboration. Pioneer's membership in ILN will help the development of new networks with leaders in health and health care and potentially lead to emerging approaches, spaces, and ideas to support. As one of more than 1,400 members of ILN, Pioneer will be in a rich learning environment, where innovations could surface. Membership will cover four seats at ILN's biannual InPerson meetings.
