Informing the pediatric professional community on the issue of learning disabilities
This grant will help the National Center for Learning Disabilities (NCLD) develop a comprehensive Web-based resource guide on learning disabilities for use by the pediatric professional community and parents of children with learning disabilities. A part of a larger NCLD outreach and engagement program, the Learning Disability (LD) Navigator will provide health care providers and parents with information on: (1) questions and concerns about learning disabilities in preschool to high school students; (2) evidence-based diagnosis and treatment; and (3) other NCLD tools and resources.
