This project will strengthen the ability of initiatives for community-level change to effectively use data in decision-making and to engage in collaborative action. Building upon the work of the Strive Network, which uses a community-level approach for improving educational outcomes for children, from cradle to career, this project will: (1) support establishment of data-analysis tools to inform decision-making at the community and student levels for improving educational outcomes; (2) develop resources that enable communities to use data effectively; and (3) build a network to promote promising practices for use of data in community-change initiatives and continuous quality improvement.
