This project will bring together thought leaders to help define a proposition for investment in understanding and demonstrating the value of mHealth. Mobile technology is defined as wireless devices and sensors (including cellular phones) that are intended to be worn or carried with the person or provider during normal daily activities to monitor health status or improve health outcomes. The last few years have seen a significant growth in this space with far less demonstration of efficacy. Understanding value and evidence is crucial for the field to reach its potential. Deliverables will include identification and invitation of thought leaders, development of the agenda, facilitation of the meeting, and coordination and exposition of the report.
