Roadmaps to Health Community Grants: Community Catalyst Policy and Advocacy Lead
The Foundation's initiative, Mobilizing Action Toward Community Health (MATCH), was designed to help communities translate the County Health Rankings into multisector action that addresses the social, economic, environmental and behavioral factors that affect health.This grant supports Community Catalyst in developing and delivering technical assistance on policy advocacy to the Roadmaps to Health Community grantees. Community Catalyst will work collaboratively with the University of Wisconsin Population Health Institute (UWPHI) to inform Roadmaps to Health Action Center, of which UWPHI is the lead organization. Community Catalyst will be responsible for developing and leading the Community Grants solicitation and selection process in 2012. UWPHI and Community Catalyst are expected to work in close collaboration with each other and with the Foundation.
