This project will develop a business plan for Child FIRST to replicate its model nationally. The Bridgespan Group consulting team will address questions related to Child FIRST's capacity and infrastructure as it seeks to expand its model. The deliverables for this project are: (1) a refined theory of change and intended impact, based on a review of program goals and outcomes; (2) a three-year growth plan for replication, including the major initiatives Child FIRST will set as priorities; and (3) development of materials for advancing state partnerships under the Maternal, Infant, and Early Childhood Home Visiting Program.
