This grant provides renewal support to George Washington University to continue to provide impartial and accessible, yet in-depth, analysis of the Affordable Care Act (ACA) and the implementation process through the Health Reform GPS website. Entering its third year, the project will maintain the analytic and chronicling features of the website, but increase the time given to analyzing final regulations and updating proposed and interim regulations and guidelines. Key deliverables will include: (1) Health Reform Implementation Briefs, which will succinctly analyze specific aspects of the law; (2) an ongoing, daily environmental scan of all developments related to ACA, including a chronicle of its key implementation milestones, as well as congressional developments that could have an impact on implementation; and (3) links to third-party documents related to Health Reform GPS analyses.
