Supporting a Medicaid specialist, facilitated stakeholder meetings and travel funding to help implement health reform in Minnesota
This grant provides support for a manager for Medicaid health care reform in the Office of the Assistant Commissioner of Health Care, who will be responsible for the overall coordination and implementation of the Medicaid provisions in the Affordable Care Act (ACA) for Minnesota's Medicaid program. Grant funds will also support: (1) a series of internal and external stakeholder meetings that require professional facilitation to ensure an open and transparent process for planning and implementation of ACA; and (2) travel for conferences, meetings, listening sessions, and small-group consultations with states, federal officials, and national organizations.
