Planning a formative evaluation of the Public Health Systems and Services Research program
This grant supports planning activities for a Public Health Systems and Services Research (PHSSR) formative evaluation. Harry Hatry and Randall Bovbjerg will work with the Foundation staff and key grantees and PHSSR partners to outline and refine the evaluation plan, logic models, and a core set of evaluation questions that will guide the broader evaluation. To inform the work in the planning phase, the evaluator will review documents and interview key stakeholders at the Foundation and the University of Kentucky and in the broader field of PHSSR researchers, partners and intended audiences. Deliverables will be evaluation questions, logic models, the evaluation plan, and a workplan.
