Assisting in development and implementation of the All Payer Claims Database in Rhode Island
This grant provides support for Rhode Island Medicaid in building the public components of the All Payer Claims Database, which is a statewide database that systematically collects data on health claims from both private and public payers. The Medicaid agency will use $100,000 of Foundation funds to leverage Medicaid federal matching funds to support the vendor's completion of Medicaid's business needs, analytic plan, templates, policy analyses and evaluation reports. The grantee will use the remaining $50,000 for project administration, program management and indirect costs.
