Identifying physician practice communities and their impact on the quality and cost of care
This funding supporst the development of a network analysis that will identify physician practice communities and analyze the relationship between the practice communities and quality and cost of care provided. Deliverables will include a network-analysis tool and the code used to develop the tool, multiple papers for peer-reviewed journals, and a report to each of six Aligning Forces for Quality sites, detailing the findings in its communities.
