This grant supports Princeton University's Woodrow Wilson School in the launch, administration and coordination of the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation's program to provide technical assistance to 10 states on implementation of coverage provisions of the Affordable Care Act. This will include assessing the resource gaps and the nature of the technical support states will need; identifying experts to assist states; and coordinating the work of these experts and their interactions with state officials. Deliverables will include comprehensive workplans for each state; weekly calls with staff at State Coverage Initiatives; calls with the different technical assistance providers and state project directors; summary reports of technical assistance provided and the resulting state progress; and materials from work with participating states that can be used to help other states implement their coverage expansions.
