Tracking diversity in grantmaking
This project will create a coordinated system of data collection and research on diversity across the field of philanthropy. Specifically, the project will: (1) develop and promote a coordinated field wide research agenda on diversity; (2) create and promote a system to track grantmaker and grantee diversity data; (3) report on philanthropy's performance in terms of diversity and inclusion; and (4) increase transparency about diversity in philanthropy.
