Launching the State Health Implementation Network

This grant supports the launch and operation of a Web-based platform design to help states implement provisions of the Affordable Care Act (ACA). The Web platform will increase and improve peer-to-peer learning among state officials and provide states with a more structured, coordinated and efficient mechanism to receive technical assistance during the ACA implementation process. Deliverables will include the Web-based platform for providing technical assistance, an engaged community of users, new models for providing technical assistance and a system for monitoring and evaluating use of the Web site in order to make improvements.
