This project provides mentoring and training for New Connections grantees and alumni. The three-phase process will include: (1) individual mentoring, training, and support in didactic research for five to eight grantees and the development of two research training briefs detailing areas of learning and development in the training process; (2) two to three group training workshops on methodological skills; and (3) two to three Webinar presentations on proposal development and research methods for program alumni. Deliverables include: two research briefs; training modules on methodological skills; and recorded Webinar presentations.
