Supporting the National Quality Forum's National Priorities Partnership in improving health care quality in the United States (Phase 3)

This is the third of four planned projects supporting the National Quality Forum (NQF). Like other projects under this authorization, it will support the following four tasks: (1) developing and executing action plans to achieve the priorities established through its National Priorities Partnership; (2) laying the groundwork to fill measurement gaps related to health care disparities; (3) building a Web-based toolkit of NQF-endorsed measures and practices for use at the community level, and a standardized community-based dashboard for public reporting that will allow for meaningful comparisons across communities; and (4) evaluate the impact of the National Priorities Partnership.
