Assessing opportunities to support projects on interprofessional education and collaboration

The purpose of this project is to identify opportunities for RWJF Human Capital team investments in the area of inter-professional education and collaboration/practice. The consultant will perform a national scan of current activities and best practices, review the literature, speak with experts and opinion leaders, and synthesize the findings into a report to the team with recommendations for strategic RWJF investments in these areas.
