This grant continues funding for a series of health care questions on the University of Michigan's monthly Surveys of Consumers. The Surveys of Consumers track consumer attitudes and expectations, most notably the widely used economic indicator of consumer confidence. The grant will support the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation's ongoing efforts to track health care consumer confidence each month at a time when health care insecurity is high and the nation continues to grapple with health reform. The Foundation's Communications staff and communications firms will disseminate the surveys' findings each month to media outlets.
