This grant will supports 2 of the 12 sites in the 7th round of the Community Tracking Study, led by the Center for Studying Health System Change (HSC). The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation's Quality/Equality team will fund four site visits, and the National Institute for Health Care Reform will support the remaining six site visits. The visits will take place in 2010 and will provide policy-makers with timely insight into how implementation of health reform is unfolding in communities across the country. However, even if reform legislation fails to pass, these site visits will provide critically important information about how stakeholders are carrying on in the absence of reform. Deliverables will include two site-specific reports, as well as several crosscutting reports and journal articles.
