Transforming Care at the Bedside -- New Jersey
The purpose of this project is to support implementation of Transforming Care at the Bedside (TCAB), the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation program to improve the quality of hospital care provided by nurses, in 35 to 50 hospitals in New Jersey. The grantee will establish a learning network and provide training for and technical assistance to hospitals to implement TCAB and track progress with performance measures. Deliverables will include educational resources and tools to spread TCAB processes, presentations at state and national conferences, publications and a statewide conference to spread TCAB within additional New Jersey hospitals.
