Field-building activities for health services research, 2008-2010
This grant supports a range of activities by AcademyHealth to build and support the field of health services research and health policy as well as to improve capacity to inform health policy and practice. The grant will specifically support the following activities: (1) hold three annual policy meetings; (2) hold three annual research meetings; (3) hold three annual pre-meetings on state health research and policy before the annual research meeting; and (4) manage the Council of Sponsors. The grant will also support the Foundation's membership in AcademyHealth for two and one-half years.
