Evaluating small group employee participation in New Mexico State Coverage Insurance

The Foundation's program, State Health Access Reform Evaluation (SHARE), was designed to support research and evaluation of state health reform initiatives and develop an evidence base for future state and federal reform initiatives.This study grant will evaluate New Mexico State Coverage Insurance (SCI). It will use administrative data and a survey of employers (participating and non-participating) to identify factors that have influenced employer participation in New Mexico's SCI program.
