Evaluation of 12-month continuous eligibility in Medicaid in California

The Foundation's program, State Health Access Reform Evaluation (SHARE), was designed to support research and evaluation of state health reform initiatives and develop an evidence base for future state and federal reform initiatives.This study grant will assesses whether instituting 12-month continuous eligibility directly benefited California's children enrolled in Medi-Cal by increasing their rates of well-child visits and decreasing avoidable emergency department and hospital use.
