Evaluating the implementation, adoption and outcomes of the Rhode Island HEALTHpact plans
The Foundation's program, State Health Access Reform Evaluation (SHARE), was designed to support research and evaluation of state health reform initiatives and develop an evidence base for future state and federal reform initiatives.This study grant will evaluate the adoption, implementation, and outcomes of the HealthPact plan in Rhode Island. The study will use a mixed-methods approach including key informant interviews, a survey of HealthPact subscribers and analysis of claims data.
