Evaluating the impact of outreach and enrollment strategies in California

The Foundation's program, State Health Access Reform Evaluation (SHARE), was designed to support research and evaluation of state health reform initiatives and develop an evidence base for future state and federal reform initiatives.This study grant will evaluate the effectiveness of outreach and enrollment strategies of California's public health insurance programs. Data sources will include administrative data, enrollment data, California Health Interview Survey data and qualitative data from bi-annual surveys of the Children's Health Initiatives.
