The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Physician Faculty Scholars Program was designed to strengthen the leadership and academic productivity of junior medical school faculty who are dedicated to improving health and health care.Recent findings show that there is a high degree of variability in how often transplant centers and nephrologists routinely see their kidney transplant recipients. This grant provides support for a study that will address a disparity between African Americans and others in the success and survival of renal allografts.
