Technical assistance and direction for RWJF's Expecting Success program

The Foundation's initiative, Expecting Success: Excellence in Cardiac Care, was designed as an effort to undertake a hospital quality improvement collaborative to improve cardiac care for African-Americans and Latinos.The purpose of this project is for the Expecting Success National Program Office to: (1) work with the Foundation on program administration functions as well as approved communications activities; (2) oversee all operations of the collaborative Learning Network; (3) provide cost-effective delivery of appropriate technical assistance; (4) work with New York University and the Foundation on the execution of the program evaluation plan; and (5) manage all other program activities in a prudent and judicious manner.
