The Foundation's program, Consumer Voices for Coverage: Strengthening State Advocacy Networks to Expand Health Coverage, was designed to support state-based consumer health advocacy networks to increase their capacity to participate in health care reform efforts with key stakeholders, such as businesses, hospitals, insurers, providers and government officials.The Health e-Technologies Initiative will serve as the Administrative Services Organization (ASO) to Community Catalyst, the organization identified to be the National Program Office (NPO) for this overall initiative for the period of this contract. During the contract period, the Health e-Technologies Initiative will begin to engage in the following tasks: (1) working with RWJF and the NPO on the Grant-making Online/Proposal Submission and Review Process; (2) working with RWJF and the NPO to plan the Phase I Website; and (3) providing consultation/assistance to the NPO regarding operations' issues and questions, as needed.
