Assessing the impact of the generalist physician supply on the quality of care for children
The Foundation's Generalist Physician Faculty Scholars Program was designed to strengthen the presence of generalist physician faculty in the nation's medical schools through career development awards to outstanding junior faculty in medical school departments/divisions of family medicine, general internal medicine and general pediatrics.This is a transfer grant from Oregon Health and Science University School of Medicine to Dartmouth Medical School Center for the Evaluative Clinical Sciences. This grant will provide continued support to shed light on the impact of the generalist supply on access and quality of care, from the perspective of care to children, to inform future policy and educational efforts.
