Active Living Resource Center
The Foundation's program, Active Living Resource Center, was designed to improve health by encouraging collaboration among planning, health, and non-traditional entities for the purpose of designing activity-friendly communities.This grant provides support for activities planned for the sixth year of this project, including the continued development of the Active Living Resource Center Web site, community assessment tools and outreach to encourage community change.
