Technical assistance and direction supplement for RWJF's New Jersey Health Initiatives Expecting Success program

The Foundation's program, New Jersey Health Initiatives, was designed to support projects in New Jersey that develop new approaches to resolving the state's health care needs, focusing on the Foundation's goal areas.This grant provides support to the existing New Jersey Health Initiatives national program office for technical assistance and direction for the development, implementation and management of the New Jersey Health Initiatives Strategic Grantmaking Program - Disparities Initiative: Expecting Success - New Jersey. The Expecting Success - New Jersey program objective is to create a New Jersey learning collaborative of 10 hospitals targeting disparities in cardiovascular disease among minorities, specifically African Americans and Latinos.
