Faith in Action
The Foundation's program, Faith in Action®, was designed to expand the continued replication of the Interfaith Volunteer Caregivers Model, providing volunteer caregiving to people of all ages with chronic health conditions.This grant provides support for a consortium of 10 Faith in Action programs in northeastern New York State that will develop a joint multimedia campaign, but tailored to specific consortium members to recruit volunteers, raise visibility and secure future funding.
