Faith in Action

The Foundation's program, Faith in Action®, was designed to expand the continued replication of the Interfaith Volunteer Caregivers Model, providing volunteer caregiving to people of all ages with chronic health conditions.The Minnesota Faith in Action Association consists of 36 Faith in Action programs. This grant provides support to create marketing and public relations opportunities, develop a comprehensive approach to fund raising and provide education and training for staff, boards and volunteers.
