Faith in Action
The Foundation's program, Faith in Action®, was designed to expand the continued replication of the Interfaith Volunteer Caregivers Model, providing volunteer caregiving to people of all ages with chronic health conditions.This grant provides support for a group of 10 programs in Michigan to increase awareness of Faith in Action in the state, increase volunteer recruitment efforts, develop a single promotional brochure, develop a network Web site, create public service announcements and provide workshops for continuing program director education.
