Hablamos Juntos: Improving Patient-Provider Communication for Latinos
The Foundation's program, Hablamos Juntos: Improving Patient-Provider Communication for Latinos, was designed to help improve access to quality health care for Latinos with limited English proficiency through the use of cost-effective interpretation and translation services.The purpose of this project is to improve access to health care for Latinos in northern Virginia with limited English proficiency, develop and maintain a cost-effective model for the ongoing delivery of language services, and enhance the region's current and future capacity to meet language needs.
