The Foundation's program, Hablamos Juntos: Improving Patient-Provider Communication for Latinos, was designed to help improve access to quality health care for Latinos with limited English proficiency through the use of cost-effective interpretation and translation services.The purpose of this project is to design a model program that reduces language barriers for Latinos with limited English proficiency and improves patient-provider communication in a cost-effective manner that can be duplicated naturally.
