Hablamos Juntos: Improving Patient-Provider Communication for Latinos

The Foundation's program, Hablamos Juntos: Improving Patient-Provider Communication for Latinos, was designed to help improve access to quality health care for Latinos with limited English proficiency through the use of cost-effective interpretation and translation services.The purpose of this project is to reduce the impact of language barriers on the outcome of health care delivery to Spanish-speaking patients and to provide the Latino population with increased access to a major urban health care network and its social service partners.
