Technical assistance and direction for Innovators Combating Substance Abuse

The Foundation's Innovators Combating Substance Abuse program was designed to highlight substance abuse as the nation's number one health problem by recognizing those who are striving to bring creative solutions to the field of substance abuse.Due to the death of the program director at UMDNJ, a search for a new program director was conducted and has been completed. The new National Program Office (NPO) for the Combating Substance Abuse program will be at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. This new NPO will continue to provide technical assistance and direction for the selection process, award announcement, program activities, and communications.
