Join Together: A national technical assistance project for substance-abuse initiatives, 2002-05

This grant provides renewed technical assistance funding for the Join Together program for a new initiative to help increase the number of substance abusers getting into treatment. The purpose of this project is to pursue three overall objectives: (1) getting more substance abusers to seek treatment; (2) enhancing the availability of treatment at the community level; and (3) improving the policy environment for substance abuse treatment.
