Alabama Southern Rural Access Program
The Foundation's Southern Rural Access Program was designed to increase access to health care services in eight rural underserved states. This Phase II effort is a combination of the continuation of an effort of existing successful projects, as well as the addition of one new activity, all of which will target the designated Black Belt (18-county) region and will collaborate in the implementation of layered activities.
