Injury Free Coalition for Kids: Dissemination of a Model Injury Prevention Program for Children and Adolescents

The Foundation's program, Injury Free Coalition for Kids: Dissemination of a Model Injury Prevention Program for Children and Adolescents, was designed to reduce and prevent injuries to children through a hospital-based, research-driven model, implemented in partnership with coalitions of community stakeholders. This grant supports development of a larger injury prevention network by identifying four new sites to join the Coalition, work with these sites to build their capacity, and evaluate the Foundation's efforts to help each site institutionalize their community-based injury prevention activities.
