The Foundation's program, National Tobacco Control Technical Assistance Consortium, was designed to be a one-stop shop that will triage technical assistance requests from tobacco control advocates at the state and local levels to appropriate providers of these services. The purpose of this project is to identify effective programs for specific populations, nurture and sustaining leadership, and develop and implement strategic plans from tobacco control advocates at the state and local levels to appropriate providers of these services. This project is being co-funded by the Foundation with the American Cancer Society and the American Legacy Foundation.
