Reducing adverse drug events and improving the care for people with coronary heart disease

The Foundation's program, Pursuing Perfection: Raising the Bar for Health Care Performance, was designed to help hospitals and physician organizations dramatically improve patient outcomes by pursuing perfection in all of their major care processes. The purpose of this project is to improve patient care by the prevention of adverse drug events by 95 percent annually and perfect care for coronary heart disease patients.
