Faith in Action
The Foundation's program, Faith in Action®, was designed to expand the continued replication of the Interfaith Volunteer Caregivers Model, providing volunteer caregiving to people of all ages with chronic health conditions. The purpose of this project is to train volunteers to provide a variety of supportive services to adults over age 60 so they can remain in their homes and maintain the quality of life and dignity that is important to them. The services provided will be transportation, shopping, respite care, telephone reassurance, and light housekeeping.
