Faith in Action

The Foundation's program, Faith in Action®, was designed to expand the continued replication of the Interfaith Volunteer Caregivers Model, providing volunteer caregiving to people of all ages with chronic health conditions. This grant supports Food & Friends in providing home-delivered meals and friendship to people living with HIV/AIDS in the Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia areas. Food & Friends helps family members and loved ones provide care and support for people living with HIV.
