Research Initiative on Health Insurance
Decision makers need information on the relationship between the labor market and health insurance coverage and how that is changing, and the impact of insurance on workers' productivity and health. The purpose of this project is to identify the knowledge gaps in this area, generate research on these questions, disseminate the research, develop issue briefs, and establish a Web site to communicate information on this topic. This project will also serve other coverage projects, providing information for the Foundation's policy stimulation and policy options efforts. Key deliverables will be research, issue and policy briefs, critical syntheses, conferences, op-eds, press conferences, and briefings for policy audiences.
