Five organizations have agreed to work together to develop protocols for depression screening, referral and ongoing depression monitoring of elder clients who attend four Adult Day Centers in Minnesota. The protocols, individualized per site as needed, would be used at the four sites. An instruction manual will be developed and distributed to the other Adult Day Center sites in Minnesota so that the additional sites could also implement the protocol. This project will be considered successful if it results in a well constructed publication for consideration for implementation in other organizations. The five organizations in Minnesota include: Ebenezer Adult Day Health Services (Burnsville); Martin Luther Manor Adult Day Health Services (Bloomington); Sojourn Adult Day Health Services (Spring Park); Wilder Adult Day Health Services (Saint Paul).
