Production and dissemination of policy briefs and related materials on state-level, end-of-life issues
The Foundation's Targeted End-of-Life Projects Initiative was designed to support solicited and unsolicited projects under $1 million consistent with the Foundation's end-of-life strategic objectives. The purpose of this program contract is to support the continuation of publishing State Initiatives in End-of-Life Care, which are issue briefs on important state-level, end-of-life policy questions. In addition to developing 12 new issues, the contractor will also produce four documentary audiotapes, reader response cards, a promotional card for each of the four audiotapes, and conduct computer-assisted telephone focus groups to get more expansive and targeted evaluation data about the series.
